I have engaged a coach Level 10 last season.

But now my coach level is 9. Is it a normal fall of the level or is it a bug ?

So, if it isn't a bug, Can I suppose that my coach will lose every season a level ?

Per the rules:

In addition, your hires will get lazy over time, so it's in your best interest to keep an eye open for fresh staff.


Probably quicker than one level a season.

it is not a bug, staff lose levels over time.

you will more likely lose a level every 5 or so week (i dont know if we know the exact time for a single level to drop)

i remember it being said that the more you fire staff the more scared they are and they are more likely to retain a level for longer

level drops on staff are, at the moment, completely random, and the same for every team that has that same staff member.

but i believe the staff system and page is being completely redone.
