Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: atrocious
Driving: respectable Passing: inept
Inside Shot: prominent Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: prominent ↑ Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: respectable

Experience: pitiful

20 years old. 7'0 all star.
is it better to train him as a sf or pf?
now i've been training PF/C for rebounding and his rebound just popped this week.

please provide some training advises!! thanks!

His weak ballhandling skills and size (he's a 7'-guy, after all) hint towards a PF. His good outside defense and shooting will surely help there. Improve his ID, rebounding and JS by about 3-4 skill points each and you get yourself a nice stretch 4. some IS and 1on1 (mainly for the handling) won't hurt either.
