I dont know if there is list anywhere but is to hard to search despite the fact I do not have a supporter...
so here is my question does the scouting points stacks from season to season, my draft is very weak and havent invested much in scouting 10k a week ,so if i save my points does they count for the next draft,next season ?

Nope, draft points will be reset during the offseason processing.
