when is the fitness specialty of trainer used
is it during the training update?
or is it put into calculation everyday?

so technically speaking
i can buy a trainer on monday and sell it on sunday to totally avoid paying th trainer his salary
but at the same time getting all the benefits of that trainer?

no you have to pay him a severance fee for firing him which equals his salary
