I've never gotten a passing pop training OD but have gotten pops in handling and driving, though not frequently.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!

Thats how i read his question. I'm happy enough with the effects of OD in the game. I feel it accurately represents whats happens in real life basketball.

I think OD is the most powerful outside skill, since there are at least 4 or 5 offensive skills but only one defensive one and obviously half of the game happens on defense ;-)
this is represented by the relatively slow training rate, but I'm still convinced it's the skill that gets you by far the most out of your training, especially since many people prefer training offensive skills and neglect their defense...

Got it, think I read the question too quickly! I do think OD normally shuts down the other person's main skills. My team plays respectable high to strong medium OD in Div V and I always shut down teams that have higher offensive flow and outside shooting, though since I have focused on OD for a couple of years my guards aren't exactly lighting it up from outside. From reading up on OD before I started training it I came across others who believed that while OD is the most significant individual skill, guards with a high combination of passing and handling should be able to do well against guards with high OD. But since I've only been in the league for 3 years in Div V I can't really speak to that.

Well the way you put it,it really seems unfair lol

But a 16 OD won't shut down 13/13/13 guard, just will make his life harder..It's really realistic too if you think of it..
