I had a drop in stamina with one of my players, and that's because i didn't realize that the same player, who's a sg, already got his 48 minutes in the first game of the week. I made the mistake of giving him over 100 minutes which i'll never do again for any of my players.
He's 19 years old, but i knew i'd have either Game shape or stamina drop or pop in one of my players this week. Even though i trained Jump shot for gaurds and am very satisfied with the results. But any way, i know what i should have done was put my 18 year old small forward as a shooting gaurd either in tuesdays league game or thursday scrimmage.
But my question is this. I try to get my players Game shape minutes, (Though i'm not training Game shape or Stamina) but my players never experience a rise in Game shape, why is that? I understand why Stamina's affected, but i don't understand why Game shape is never affected. The information says, if i'm not mistake, that for Game shape, the ideal minutes is between 53-75 minutes, is that correct?
I never train Game shape or Stamina, especially not Game shape, but i'm just surprised i have not had a pop, not even a drop in Game shape all season long. I don't know what i'm doing wrong, or why Game shape never pops, even though most of the times, i give my players in the trained position each week, the ideal Game shape minutes.
