1 on 1 doesn't train passing. Rotating 1 on 1 and Passing might do the trick.

1 man training - Ball handling will pop handling and driving faster than 1 on 1
Ball handling will also help oudside Def
1 on 1 helps Jump shot

Passing trains also DR and HA, but much slower than 1 on 1. I wouldn't rely on passing to train HA and DR. I know what kind of player you are trying to create from another thread, so I would suggest rotating training of Passing and 1 on 1 as someone already suggested here. Whenever you can, train 1 on 1 for SF/PF position so you get a few skillups in Inside shot as well and you will create a monster PG for inside tactics.

that player wasnt draft lol when you said 5'9 I was thinking "aren't they impossible to draft now?" then I click him and it didnt say when he was drafted. Nice trainee

You need to get his OD up first. You can worry about passing, driving and handling later.
