How do you know training occured?

Does the DMI increase after the training update occurs? I know, when a player pops it will have a green arrow somewhere around their nam, but if they don't pop, is there anywhere on the site that says that training was successful?

If they are being played in the positions, that are being trained, for X amount of minutes then they are getting training.

So in a sense training is always successful. The optimal training is 48 minutes in a position that is being trained.
