Any thoughts of this guy becoming a nice Pf despite the potential youre first gonna look into i think the jack of altrades Pf worth more than a muted one and in my league a 30-40k guy would probably dominate that can play PF as well as Sf or even Combo SG

Should i Go now for his big man skill or 1v1 training ?

The problem is because i joined half past last season and never commited to training im afraid i may cap him due to his low potential,without him reaching the expectations.
Is there any rought estimattions of the total skills caping for each potential or something like it,at the transfer market i see Star potential at about 37-45k but im assuming there heavy monoskilled
for example i lould like to know how much JR to add him that dont hurt his other skills
