In my game today my coach substituted my PF for my bench-SG. So now my SG (20k salary) is playing and both the starting PF (60k) and his backup (130k) are warming the bench.

Opponents PF are both well over 200k in salaries - what happened here?

Your first PF was set as a both starter, reserve and backup (the 130k player was not a backup). Without a specified substitute, the coach has free hands to use whichever player he wants as a substitute. Also, you played "sit them" as foul strategy (which may or may not be relevant).

So, no problem here.

Problem is that he played a 20k guard instead of a 130k center that was availiable too.

So, you're saying that the coach should have known better? I agree, but that's why we have reserves and backups, so that he doesn't have the chance to make such mistakes. This one is on you, I'm afraid.

Yeah of course - like my last cup game, where my PG should play the full 48 minutes and got 4 at PF and some bench player got 4 at PG. Totally my fault.

OK, I wasn't talking about other examples. I have no intention nor time to argue about this. I have made my point and consider your initial report as dealt with.

Yeah of course you are right. Bench a player when in injury trouble = put in some random reserve, regardless of quality and position. Very nice.

Will open a second thread for my other game and hopefully get another forum ban whatever reasons.... forget it.
