So i have a goal this season, and that is to get all of my players, mainly my starters but hopefully all of my players between 50-75 minutes a week in game shape. I'm not training game shape at all ever. I have a question, is this a good idea? And how high have you guys boosted your players game shape? Have you guys ever kept all of your players game shape above respectable all season long?

And another thing, did your players play better have good game shape above respectable? I want my players game shape to range from respectable to proficient, i doubt any of my players could ever get above proficent game shape. Have you ever gotten any of your players game shape above proficent?

Yes very very good idea. Try to keep their GS as high as possible. Remember that the highest GS is proficient (and proficient GS doesn't have a sublevel).
Last season I'm pretty sure none of my players had a GS below respectable (excluding my 3 scrubs). Once you get the hang of it, it's really not difficult to manage GS. For me, I can usually keep half of my players' GS at proficient and rest at strong.
Ofc players play better when the GS is high. Better GS leads to better performance. Otherwise why would people give a monkey about GS :P?

I figured it wouldn't be difficult to manage game shape, thanks for the answer. I'm playing my backups as my starters in cups and scrimmages, so they'll get at least 60 or more minutes as well. And put some of my starters either inactive or on the bench.

What I usually do is play with the normal lineup for 2 league games, then for the scrimmage (or national tournament), I use my 3 scrubs who only exist for minutes distribution (+ the backups who need some more minutes).
Starters play longer if the game is a close game, and shorter if it's a blowout. So you also need to take that into a consideration. At the beginning, it can be little difficult but as you pay more attention and make mistakes, you'll get better at it.

I have a question, how much money do you get for winning cup games? Especially in the 1st round.

Final Game: $ 300 000

Semi-Final: $ 135 000

Quarter-Final: $ 100 000

16-team round: $ 80 000

32-team round: $ 70 000

64-team round: $ 60 000

All lower rounds: $ 50 000

So for the 1st round, you will receive 50k if you win. Otherwise you will receive none.

Thank you very much for all of your answers, by the way, you have a great team, i saw how your team did last season, and your team was marvelous! My last question, i have a cup game tomorrow against the north carolina bobcats, a low division five team.

I tried to find out if they're a bot team, they have at least 21 players, and mostly $1000 threw $3,000 players, i don't think i saw any players even make it to $4,000. So my question is this, is that team a bot team? When i went to that team's league, it didn't say when he last logged in, if he's a bot team, then i think i'll go for the win.
