I haven't done any research on this or anything, but I remember when I was in diviosn four it was so excruciatingly boring compared to being in a competitive league and this may be what new managers feel like too and it could be causing them to quit the game. maybe a little extra incentive could keep them here. I mean those shiny trophies are always fun to get.

I propose that we can have like divisional competitions. it could be set up like the national tournament or the B3 tournament whichever one is more popular and it would be like PL games where it would have no effect on your enthusiasm or GS, but it will be another competition and those are always fun!

I think Div I and Div II could combine to make one tournament and then if a country has 5 divisions it could be a tournament with divisions III, IV, V in it. If a country has six divisions then it could have a tournament for Div III, IV and another for V, VI. Then to make it a legitimate competition you could get money for a win in each round starting from a certain round so that people will have a reason for trying to win.

I think this could add some fun to the game, some more excitement for those division III managers (like myself) and give those teams in the lower divisions some more games to try out new tactics, get more used to the game and get a little cash to improve their team.

The games could be held on Sunday where there is no B3, national tournament, PL or NT games going on. Thoughts anyone?

I have been playing for a few seasons now and really enjoy the game. I think it would be great to have something on Monday Wednesday and Sunday night. Im supporter so I play in PL on Fridays already but I wish there was something on the other days. What about incorporating some sort of practice? I've thought for a while that it would be sweet to have 1 practice a week to improve skills but I know that will never happen. But what if you could simulate practices to find the best combinations to put on the floor. Coaches don't just though players out on the floor without seeing them play together first.
Another idea would be to have like a media night. We can gather several thousand questions that a reporter may ask in an interview than give multiple choice answers, if
Angers answer well more fans show up to games. Or have giveawaynights at your arena.spend 5k on a stuffed animal giveaway to try to fill your seats. Bigger teams could do bigger giveaways or promotions. I think having more attractions and flashing lights will draw more ppl to the game as well as keep them here.

i think that be a great addition......... im playing in div4 with one other active team in my league n its not as interesting at times since i knw ima win the games against bot teams n the only thing u can look forward to is playing the other active team.... so i think it could help if like just like the div4 teams play each other a tournament just for div4 since most of the teams in the higher divisions have active member n it isnt that bad........ n the practice suggestion would be great too especially during the 3 days between games
