I'm getting new internet service from a different company in my new apartment, and i probably won't have internet service for the next 5 or 6 days until next thursday. So my question is, will myteam go bot?

Unless 5-6 days turns into 6 weeks, no. Your team will go bot on the 6th financial update after your last login.
Just remember to set your lineups ahead of time.
