Make it so when you go on holidays you can get someone else to set your Line up and tactic's.

In the preference page we have an Access Key, Make it so we can set a Access Key you can give the access key to a friend so they can log in to your account and set your Line up and tactic's while your kicking back in the middle of no where with no internet access for a few week's.

Normal log in..

User name : Whitemaggot
Password : (You wish....) Full access to the account.

Holiday Access

User name : Whitemaggot
Password : put the access key in

In the holiday Access, make it so the friend can only set line up, tactic's and change training for the week.

Lock out Arena page, TL, Staff page, Forums, Scouting and whatever else i forgot. Make it so they cant sell or fire players.

People will not be able to cheat because they cant do anything but change Line up and Tactic's.

In addition, you may limit this kind of access to no more than 4 weeks during a season and / or limit the number of Holiday Accounts one player may assist with to no more than 1 per Season to make sure nobody can cheat.

Also, the "holiday mode" has to be triggered by the player who´s going on holiday, in advance, so nobody can kidnap a team to cheat in key games without the oriiginal manager realizing.

I´m not sold on the Access Key part of the suggestion as I think it would take a third, new kind of password, but a holiday account regulation is overdue.

How?

so what are they going to do with a 2nd account when they cant spend any of the money?

All they have to do is make it so that someone can access the account for a few week's, and then after a few week's make it so that the access password wont work for 6 week then the account will go bot.

The access will only be temporary. you cant train a NT player in a few week's.

What you need if you gonna vacation for a few weeks is to mail a GM and let them know so hopefully your account don't get deleted.

The whole point is to have someone to set the tactic's for the games while your on holiday's.

Your argument proves that your point is void. People are able to use multiple accounts on the same IP. Therefore allowing holiday access would not create any further opportunity for multiple accounts.
The idea is a good one, as if you are not able to sign in for an extended period of time, but want to maintain gs there is no way of doing this other than giving somebody your password. Holiday access would solve this problem simply and effectively.

Honestly - the annoyance of those who love to play BB and lose an entire season due to a personal two week vacation should really be worth MORE than the cheating sh**.

So if you implement a "holiday system", working for no more than let´s say 4 weeks a season, a single player might cover up your team and make sure your minutes are all right for the shape and that your tactics are fine for the games, that opens up a way for cheating?

That´s ridicolous. It´s 9 weeks missing for the season to get the account fully operated, and you might aswell limit the holiday account to not beeing able to arrange friendly games so you cannot even do a proper training schedule. In addition, not beeing able to make financial transaction will cripple the cheating to a minimum.

So:

- each team should be able to go on vacation for up to 4 weeks per season
- a vacation password can be set for this period, it will automatically expire after the time period admitted by the account owner
- no more than one vacation period can be take during a season
- no manager may manage more than one other team any given season, so after you made a holiday account sitting session, you´re done for that season
- no financial transaction nor any personnel decisions can be made by the account sitter
- no friendly games can be arranged by a account sitter
- training cannot be changed but remains the same as the account owner entered

Come on, the game is about those who LOVE it, not about the morons beside. It´s REALLY missing alot, and limiting the honest ones more than the possible cheating is making any impact. You cannot stop cheating in the current system, so make the life easier for those who love to play BB if it doesnt open up stupid amounts of new cheating ways, which this system won´t.
