in modern BB some coaches tend to use most of the roster in the game...so maybe you can add new tactics option that can be named "use roster" for the coach option...
if now the sub happens when stamina drops to spesific level, in the new mode it will happen sooner so it will let more players play longer in the game...so managers can than choose to train team for deep roster...
