When GM-Foto closes and moves a thread in Global (English), why isn't his reasoning in English?

I throw out a wild guess that he has spanish set as his language and therefore the message comes in spanish.

Yeah but just because he writes in English doesn't mean he doesn't have Spanish set as the language the site is translated to.

Let's see what happens, when I move this to Help. My language setting is Suomi. Do I need to close this, too? :-)

Closed and re-opened, I didn't see any text except the "Closed by" which appears in whatever language you are currently using.

Ah, okay the text is on Global. It's in Finnish and that's because my language setting is Suomi (Finnish). It's all automagical.
