Until what age of a player should you decide to stop popping up his skills and move on to the next players?

Another thing, I have this situation in my roster right now:

AGE POTENTIAL POSITION SALARY

18 Superstar PG 4,363

19 Starter SG 3,752

20 Star PG 7,453

20 Hall of Famer SG 6,215

21 Perennial All star PF 5,614

22 Perennial All star SG 4,272

23 MVP PF 4,167

24 Allstar PF 5,430

So which one of the players above should I train? Would I go for a 2 position training?

Please post your guides, tips, and comments. Anything to solve this problem. Thanks!

I would definitely work with the 18 year-old PG. he has a pretty high salary so im assuming hes somewhat good and you could make a great player out of him. I would do one-position training with him- you could also squeeze in some minutes with your other 20 year old PG.

Thanks Sir. Neil for the reply,

But how about the others? The SG hall of famer would be such a waste it he wasn't trained properly. The 20 y/o PF too has some potential to be a good player. However, some say C and PFs that are fully trained demand a much higher salary than the fully trained guards.

This goes out for the others as well,

Based on the roster I have given, would you recommend a 2 position training? Can I take turns every other week? like train PG and then train SG and do a PG/SG training?

Sorry Im such a noob at this game. I posted this dilemma since I might be doing the wrong thing.

Thanks for the help

I would suggest you sell some of those high potential out..Like if you train P.G/S.G...sell inside player...

And you can train 18 Superstar PG 4,363---20 Star PG 7,453----20 Hall of Famer SG 6,215 with one position...

I agree with all of this. Train these 3 guys as single position PG's and sell the rest.
