a good idea is to add a defense statistic in the usual player statistic

Right now the game box scores include the +/- stat, which doesn't really show how good a player's defense is, but at least it shows how the team was doing while he was in the game. I think this is as good as it gets since it's really hard to show one-on-one match-ups (i.e. who scored against who) since players are often double-teamed and defenders are often switching assignments even several times on a single possession (zone defense, switches, picks, etc. can cause this). In the end, I don't think we're left with a defensive stat. Even the NBA doesn't have a convenient stat for measuring defensive stats other than the basic number of steals, blocked shots, etc. that we already have. While I understand the desire to see a metric on how well a player played defense, in the end I think we just have to rely on the +/- stat to see comparatively what the impact a player may have had in a game, perhaps factor out his offensive contributions to the +/-, and that may give some sense as how he permed defensively.

The obvious drawback of this is that an incredible offensive player with equally terrible defense will show up relatively even on +/-. Defense is already calculated somehow because it shows up in the ratings but separating it from the offensive stats and even just having a pure defensive rating could be useful if showing the actual shooting % against a certain player isn't as practical.

i accept your answer but i think someting should be done in this subject. meanwhile you should put the +/- in the closer look on player because it isn't show there

The reason why +/- is never shown in a player's stat's log is because the stat is mostly meaningless in the context of an individual player's stats history. The value of the +/- stat is in a game box score, to see which players on a team were perhaps more or less effective. Game by game, though this stat will vary based on opponent, what other players were in the lineup, etc., and tells almost nothing about an individual player without the context of the game box score.
