my opponent today has a 30 k center and all other players are below 9 k salary. he plays patient and the 30 k guy ends up getting most of the shots. therefore i am thinking of inside box and one defence but i havent experimented it myself so i am asking if anyone has had an experience of this tactic? and also if any other tactic would suit be better in this situation.
thanks in advance :)

I do not agree with Manon this time. I would definitely play 2-3 zone although some say it sux. Galatasaray doesn't have anything outside, just that inside play. With 2-3 you can crowd the post and help defend against his C beast. Some will say you'll weaken your outside def, but your opp doesn't have anyone capable of hitting 3s.

Take my last game as an example, but decide on your own what you'd like to believe about 2-3 zone :) I played TIE because I was certain I'd lose. Strangely, I won by 18...

i think i will go with 2-3 zone because my pg trainee who will get 48 mins today has average OD and the SG has respectable OD so i guess this wouldn't help prevent the ball getting to the post if i use 3-2 zone. also i wouldnt risk a cup game with an unknown defensive tactic (inside box and one). But the 3-2 zone tactic to prevent the ball getting inside is something i will definitely try once i have guards with decent OD.

Thank you Manon and ibarix for your time :)

3-2 zone only works on inside teams with utterly incompetent PGs. It'll get you killed in my experience any other time.
