It's not always about training young players but the finishing touches on older players. I have a level 6 trainer but it is to put that final polish on my older players..

I hate having a trainee foul out or get subbed out for no apparent reason in meaningless scrimmages.

My pet peeve is that I do lots of write ups in my league to draw interest, but I'm pretty sure half of the active manager, have no idea where to find them or even read them.

I'm with you WFUnDina!

I don't mind too much being in a D.V league, but what's annoying is that most of the teams are bot, and only one of my fellow managers will post on the forums.

BTW, I went and checked out some of your write ups, and I dig them. I say keep at it!

Thank you Tangosz. Sunday when I get a moment, I'll look for some of yours. :D

edit - I got some time and read them tonight. Very good stuff. At least you and Gmaster8, have dialog. I only have the Violatorz, who only chimes in now and again.

i agree. I think division forums/new posts should be made a lot more obvious. i only know what goes on now because i added my division forum to subscriptions or whatever.

i hate it when managers bid with one second to go on a player you want to buy.
i dont play that game so i go straight to what he is worth to me. Then its 3 minutes they've wasted if they end up with him not mine!!

Yeah... there's nothing less logical than bidding on the last second... With the 3 more minutes, you're making the risk of having another manager seeing the player in time to enter the party a lot more higher...

Last second bidding makes no sense with the 3 minute addition. When i bought a trainee at the beginning of the season, I had a guy do that to me. I got lucky though that nobody else spotted him because he should have been way out of my price range. Also doing a last second bid might even get a second or two late and you don't even get the bid in.

Actually last second bidding works against me. When I have to wait 3 minutes for the other guy to bid, I loose my focus and start surfing my mail or another game. Then 10 minutes later I realize, I've forgotten about the transfer.
