I guess that's Ojeda. He's rather small for a Big Man, and his outside skills aren't that great. You basically have two ways to go: PF or SF.

for a PF, improve his inside skills until he's at least 20, then work on his JS, Passing and OD (and on his Driving, too). He'll be quite expensive, though.

for a SF, his inside skills are good for now. You'll want to work on his outside and balanced skills (i.e., JS, OD, HN, DR and PA, also a little on his JR) for a few seasons, until his OD and JS is at least prolific, and his Handling, Passing and Driving are all at least strong.

I'm planning that he will morph into a PF, so I'm trying to make it to 12s in the inside skills (minus SB) before I start training secondaries. He will get expensive at some point though, so I'm hoping he becomes a dominant D4 guy soon before I can't handle his salary. The 6 JR leads me to believe that he could be a Dirk Lite if I train secondaries the right way.
