Can aplayer that is injured play in a private league game?

Short answer: Yes

The private league games are all played in a so called "Arcade Mode". Which means no influence or effect to the rest of the games.

You can always play with your best roster possible, without any fear of injuries, etc...

can I play a friendly game and be in a PL in the same time??? will the PL games contribuate to the training , i mean if the players get the minutes from the PL

Yes, scrimmages and PL games are independent of each other.

Nothing that happens in a PL has any effect on the team whatsoever.
