Does free throw and stamina training contribute to the training cap? I have a few players who are capped/close to being capped and was curious for the all star weekend coming up.

FT and Stamina do not count towards cap.

Thank you for the quick response. Also, I noticed that on one of the online salary calculators free throws cause salary to go up. Do you know if this is an error?

Most likely. Training FTs and Stamina has no effect on salary
