Like most other people are going to do this coming week because of the short week, or one or two games for some teams. I'm going to do team training this week. Either team training for free throw, not including game shape or stamina. Or team training in other skills.

The other skills i was thinking of team training in are Outside def, Jump range or Jump shot. Is it wise to do team training this week? I'm thinking yes, but i want to make sure. And which team training would be better to do? Team training for the three skills, or any of the other skills like Outside def or Jump shot or something? Note, this is with a level 5 trainer.

its common sense that other teamtraining than stamina or freethrow is wasted. i did teamtraining passing once and my by far best players at this time (my sf and my c) both made the next level. but i guess it was luck and never did it again.

since im still in the cup i will train as normal this week, but usually i also use it to increase (or hold level over season) stamina or freethrow respectively.

don't try to train one skill in all positions. it is very useless. i tried it once and for 3 weeks none of my players rebounding improved.

train free throw or stamina. if your players' stamina is not good train stamina. i will do that this week. stamina is very important skill for me.

A level 5 trainer seems a little expensive for the trainees you have.

Do either stamina or FT if you want team training.

Yeah, understood about the level 5 trainer, but i wanted the extra pops which helped dramatically in this morning's update. Thanks everyone, i think i will go what i was thinking about doing and that's free throw training during the allstar week.

I have done two position training this season, but i usually one position train, i just got finished two position training one on one with gaurds this week and am very pleased with the results.

Is this correct? Trainer level does not effect team training. So, if one manager has a level 5 trainer and another manager has a level 3 trainer the manager with level 5 trainer's players will not get better training. Right? Please clarify.

Trainer level does not affect Stamina or Free throw training... I'm not sure about gameshape though..

I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I cant accept not trying. - MJ

There's a popular federation devoted to discussing Outside Shooting for Team: (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/fedoverview.aspx?fe...)
(too bad the federation president is a real jerk & doesn't approve people.)

But all kidding aside, *if* one were to do team training (other than FT or Stamina), a short week is actually the WORST time to do it. (theoretically the only justification for doing team training is to train as many players as possible)
