When is All-Star break ?

i think it is this week as i have no matches this week except big 9 vs. great 8 ....

so my question is when will i able to use 10 scouting point each for Scouting Combine and Group Demonstration ?

also i spend 20.000us$/week for 3 scouting points and now i have 21 scouting points left ....

you think it is worth going for Scouting Combine and Group Demonstration ?



also what should be my next step after doing Scouting Combine and Group Demonstration ? I mean should i stop spending money on scouting points ?
