Well, your next game will be difficult. Lower enthusiasm makes a team underperform. If I were you, I would TIE one or two games, to get it back to 5+...

I recommend you to try to keep your enthusiasm at atleast 10. so 2 is seriously not good.

Keeping enthusiasm at "at least 10" is not easy, unless you have cup games to TIE, and you almost have to TIE every game in order to have an enthusiasm of 10+.

Since he's out of the cup, I'd say keeping enthusiasm around 6-8 sounds good IMO.

in his league, taking it easy every game isnt out of the question. and a TIE at ENT 10 is pretty much normal at ENT 7-8.

a high ENT is key to promotion in a V league with low salary roster because most managers dont know the importance of ENT.

The problem though, is that by the time he has a league game (despite using TIE all the time), the max enthusiasm can only be 9 (perhaps it can be 10, but never happened to me). Until he gets to that point, he needs to keep using TIE and it might risk some losses.
But yes, to get the enthusiasm to at least 6-7, I suppose using TIE is the way to go.

If you're out of the cup and TIE every league game, you will have enth 10 on Tuesdays and 9 on Saturdays.

even after getting eliminated from the cup games I've gone as high as 12-13 in the past seasons (game days with probably as high as 11). With the cup games I've gone to 15(game days around 13).

The risk is worth it as it gives you a chance to beat better teams in the future (the risk is pretty much only for the first game you TIE, after that the ENT level will make up for it). and FYI im not saying to TIE every game, it depends on your opponents obviously but the general idea is to TIE for opponents that are the same ratings/salary level as you(with lower ENT, might require some scouting) and for teams worse than yours(obviously).

Once you are out of the cup, the maximum you can get is 10 on a game day. And that is TIEing every single game for the rest of the way. If there are must win games, you can not afford to TIE so hence it is impracticable for a team to TIE every single game of their season unless they are one of the best teams in their league.

I have done TIE for every game of the season except for one, and it allowed me to beat a far superior team by having better enthusiasm. Even if you only get the 4th playoff spot, with good Enth you can take down the #1
