I suggested a cap of 300k for individual salaries a fee months ago and I would love to see a hard cap installed, as teams that hoard money destroy competition and thus the fun in this game.

I guess that there are plenty of teams (in the top divisions) that still have bankrolls of tens of millions to blow and as long as they can buy title after title other managers will be discouraged to stay in the game.

Aren't salaries effectively capped based on the maximum of money you can get from attendance, tv, training profits (if you're making any), etc?

Wow, 6 NT players. Having a 6th man on a NT is just unfair
