on this guy (and I know it doesnt matter what pos i start him at) what would it take for me to change his preferred position from SG to SF

ump Shot: wondrous Jump Range: prolific
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: strong
Driving: proficient Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: strong

I am thinking maybe 2 or 3 lvls of rebounding?

Actually, just one more pop in either rebounding or inside defense would do the trick

thanks a lot my last question and I should have originally asked this, isnt a SF salary a bit smaller than a SG? If so me getting this pop should drop his salary a bit or keep it roughly the same for the end of the season hopefully?

no. The actual salary is the most expensive of the positional salaries, and the displayed position is the position whose salary formula is used. So you can't make guys less expensive by training them. At best, they simply don't gain additional salary.

ok great so hopefully me changing him to SF which is what I am making him anyway will make his salary either stay the same roughly or at least not go up much.
we will see

ya he will get more passing training , but I am also training my future PG and my future SG with him so I do have to take into account everyones needs along with his.
