How should I train these guys and im trying to train them together.

You should get rid of the 6'1 guy because your other two trainees are 6'9 and 6'8. You could train the two taller guys into good PFs/Centers.

I would sell these scrubs sometime in the near future to buy a better guy in the draft!

1st player: You overpaid for him. He isn't terrible but definitely nothing special.
2nd player: Atrocious IS and pitiful DR. not to mention he will be 20 next year. No thanks.
3rd player: Garbage with only one respectable and one strong.
