I was thinking of trying to train him as a Small Forward like Scottie Pippen/LeBron James type. What would be the best way to train this young lad in your opinion??? Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you for your time everyone!!!

sorry to tell you, but he's unlikely to make it to the NT. He could make it to the U21, but it'll need a lot of work. Also, he's more of a PF prospect.

Let's assume you still want to make him a SF. For now, his OD and Passing are his two weak spots. Train them alternatingly. Train FTs once you're out of the playoffs. Once his OD is prolific, you can turn to his Driving and Jump Shot and train those two. Some ID training won't hurt either.

For a PF, which would be the better choice, train some Passing and OD, both until about respectable. Then work on his inside skills for two seasons before raising his Driving and JS.
