Hey just wondering what offense/defense would best suite my team. Thanks in advance for all of your suggestions.

Man to Man is defiantly the best defense to go with. You would need to train defense and rebounding a little though. But if you played a team with a specialized offense you would want to change your defensive tactics to match or up that team.
Looking at your offense you would want to run a outside offense. This includes, run and gun, motion, and outside isolation.

It depends on your economic situation. If you are in a bad one I would suggest raising the prices slightly. If you are in a good one I would suggest adding more seats. Bleachers are probably the most useful type of seat. It supplies the yelling and crazy fans that make it hard for an opponent to win at home. Also it can bring in some bucks.

building luxury boxes early is a good idea. 25 might be a little much though. 5-10 is more than enough for a DV team. That said, they won't hurt in the long term.

You definitely don't need 25 luxury boxes in Division V! Especially since you're only selling 5 of the 10 you have now.

You should probably focus on expanding your lower tier and courtside seats a bit, based on your attendance figures. And I think around 6500-7000 bleacher seats is a solid number for division V and decent for Division IV. Maybe lower your bleacher prices a bit to get more attendance.

Edited to add: That 6500-7000 number is on the low end of decent for Division IV, by the way. I like 8000+ at that point.

That seems counterproductive.

Right now he's selling 5 luxury boxes @ $800, if he sold all 10 @ $400, he wouldn't see any increase in profit.

I certainly think raising the price to $1000, as he's set to do next week, is a mistake, but lowering it to between $500 and $600 seems more likely to increase his profit.

Sure, but he should cancel that construction. That's $400k that could be used much more effectively elsewhere.

For slightly less money he could build 50 courtside seats and 400 lower tier seats. He'd get way more money out of that.
