Can anyone tell me how you accumulate scouting points as my scouting points haven't changed it seems for over a week now.

are you sure its been OVER a week? it should have updated yesterday on monday.

also check that you are actually spending money to purchase scouting points. You can see it in the drop down list on the draft and scouting page. or the "manage my team page."
