its not for my trainees, its because im am currently trqining JS for guards and soon i will be changing to pressure training and im am looking to do it one position so i get pops more often and at the minute i have 3 19 year olds and a 22 year old that im trqining at the guard spots and obviously i will only be able to train 3 players so ive decided on the 19 year olds so i will have the 22 year old at the SG and i have 2 SFs so thats why i have 3 players for 2 positions

If it´s not for a training position, it is quite easy.
The two best ones start and the third one is backup for both. That will give you around 40 minutes for the starters and around 16 minutes for the backup.
A C
B C
If you want to have a management on minutes to ensure a decent game shape, you will need a fourth player for the second match. Then you can play like that:
A C
B D.
I have a massage doc, and I have experienced no major problems with around 75 weekly minutes, which you will get with that option.
You can play C and D in the scrimmage to fill the minutes.
A, B and C: ~75 minutes.
D: ~60 minutes.

I do this all the time. I have a guard play both my backup point guard and shooting guard spots. He plays about 20 minutes per game.

Just have to be careful with GS a bit.

Does he have passable inside skills? You don't really want a glorified shooting guard playing small forward. It is a disadvantage.
