I know he's a better point guard but I already have a starting point guard so could he be as good of a shooting guard?

well, except for his OD, which hurts both for a Guard positions, he's a pretty good Combo Guard. So yes, he can play both of these positions successfully.

Edit: oh, and try to get his Stamina under control, it's quite low. And his FTs anre't that great either.

Depends on the offense you run. If you run an inside based offense he could really hurt that offense with his inept driving and his atrocious big man skills. In an outside or balanced offense, he could be a good starter, but the respectable OD may give up some points to good guards. What are your PG/SF OD? If they bother have good OD this can make up for his being less than satisfactory.

I'd spin that even a little further. He's no good for Look inside, but he can be pretty good for Low Post. Just don't expect him to get 10 points or more in that case...
