Hey all, I jus wanna pop a Q / discussion to get some opinions and ideas.

These are my current trainees:

Trainee 1

Age: 23
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: prodigious Jump Range: prolific
Outside Def.: wondrous Handling: prolific
Driving: wondrous Passing: strong
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: inept

Experience: inept

Experience: atrocious

I'd like Trainee A to get this before he turns 26:

Jump Shot: stupendous Jump Range: sensational
Outside Def.: phenomenal Handling: sensational
Driving: marvelous Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: awful
Rebounding: atrocious Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: inept

1 pop in JS - 2 weeks (prob 1 week or even pop by itself because I've been training JR w/o pops for 4 weeks now)
4 pops in OD - 10 to 12 weeks
1 pop in JR - 2 weeks
1 pop in HD - will pop from other training... might even be more
3 pops in PS - 6 weeks? (prob less I think... possibly 5 weeks)
1 pops in DRV - will pop from other training.. might even be more
2 pops in IS (Will leave this to last I'm okay with training this after he turns 26+)

My question is, is this possible?

Also, I'm currently training his passing because for him to be training OD he'll be playing PG almost exclusively for me all next season.

My other problem is fitting in this guy.

Trainee B

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: proficient
Driving: proficient Passing: average
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: proficient

His OD desperately needs some work. Should I just leave trainee A as strong, or work towards sensational passing first?

edit: I also have a really crappy team and I'll be struggling to survive MBBA again next season... if that makes any difference to any advice u guys have for me.

Crappy team? You're in 12-6 in the top division, have some confidence.
As far as player A, your goal is possible, but not probable. At 6'0 you might have trouble with getting those 2 IS pops. But otherwise, your plan is possible, but be prepared to fall short and hope your guy doesn't get hurt.
Also what's the age of Trainee B?

Check the Suggestions they are important

I'd assume trainee B is this player: (18294853) He is 19 and has HOF potential.

lol.. trust me, I don't lack confidence. Often times I get told I have too much of it! :)

I was lucky, the MBBA teams were deconstructing theirs to rebuild when I promoted. Also quite a few teams underestimated mine due to my low payroll. I was lucky with my def / off tactics and stole a few games here and there. Won't be happening next season, that's for sure.

Trainee B is 19 :)

Trainee B is still very, very, very far from being able to be included in the rotation :(

I've just been training two players this season, letting Trainee B pick up some rubbish minutes in games as well as scrims. I'm pretty half and half on this. I'm not entirely confident Trainee A is gonna be so amazing he's worth messing up my HoF's skills =/

Even if I achieve the finishing skills I was targeting, there's no way trainee A will make NT. :(

well, I'm not too negative on the prospect of you training both of them at the same time. Both need OD and Passing above all else, so training these two skills for most of next season seems exactly right. You're not going to mess up anyone with that. After that, you have to consider what to do - and by then, I'd make B the main focus of the training, while still giving A all the training he can get. A will already be very good by then, so it will be almost impossible to mess him up - it's more about finishing touches than the basics for him.
