I have two really good prospects but I don't know who to put on top of my list.

Player A

PG
Star Rating 5
Grade Rating A
Potential: 4
Age:18
Height: 6-0

Player B

PF
Star rating 5
Grade rating A+
Potential 4
Age:18
Height: 6-6

Player B will have better starting skills but I worry about his height but in the boxscore he had alot of assist so I may be able to play him at SF. Player A had a bad boxscore but he is 6 feet so he will train fast. I want a player for U21 team
Who would you go with?

What are their potentials?
I'd put Player A on the top on my list. (Player B is pretty good too, a nice SF/PF option.)

Player B probably won't be a U21 player, but in my opinion he is the better pick. Put the box score so that we can know what skills they might have. Player A's salary is going to be about 4000-4500, but Player B can have a really good salary if you get lucky. Also what are the potentials that the players have, as this might be the deciding factor. If the potentials are the same and you don't have any other trainees I personally would go with B because he looks like a good SF who can get good mismatches.

6-6 is an excellent size for an PF, and with luck you get an high potential player with great basics for an SF. So risk it.

My main concern is a guy for U21 team.

Player A had 2 assist 3 rebounds 1 turnover and shot 2-9 in 23 minutes.
Player B had 6 assist and 7 rebounds 3 turnovers 3 blocks and shot 3-14 in 30 minutes

germany at his succesful days had a lot of 2.03 centers in the roster, which are i believe two feet higher. So it isn't impossible to make, and if he is an sf he normally have few competion for the roster spot(at least when the us isn't that different then germany), but the smaller one is pretty sure a candidat but have lot more competion to make the roster*.

For me is the U21 possibility hard to judge pre draft.

And boxscores are quite random.

* i mean that in comparision, because with the "PF" you need more luck at the initial skills - but when he end up as an SF you probadly had 5 serious trained players with fitting starting skills for 2-3 roster spots.

Well Player A seems to be able to train quick due to his height and Player B height is right in the middle so slower training for both inside and outside skills.

If your concern is U21 then I'd go for Player A. Player B would have a chance at U21 if trained correctly with a certain level trainer but Player A is the more likely to develop into a U21 player at this point.
