Thanks in advance for the response

60 minutes per week is where you want to have most your players per week. The range of 48-75 per week should keep ypur players game shape at respectable or higher.

I keep mine, when possible, between 55 & 65 mins. I think anything in the mid to upper 50's is optimal. Just my opinion.

It varies a lot. 3 of my guys that were at proficient gameshape were averaging 72, 64 and 52 minutes over recent weeks ..... so if anyone can make sense of how gameshape is calculated these days please let us all know :)

Granted, their is no science behind it. I wouldn't be surprized to here Stamina has something to do with it either.

It has a lot to do with it. Guys with awful Stamina on my roster can play about 40 mins per week maintain/pop GS, guys with respectable, go up to 70

There is always a random element in GS, so even if you get your players the perfect amount of minutes, that doesn't mean they'll pop-up. From my experience, 48-75 minutes is the range you want to be in, or ideally between 50-65 minutes. That's why I usually can't afford my best players to start 2 games in a single week...

I have noticed that GS is also related to the age.
