What is many? Ever thought that perhaps there was an ad campaign in that country that brought a lot of signups, many of whom didn't like the game? This happened in Thailand and six weeks after the campaign we had 20 Thai guys on the TL at the same time for the first ever. Maybe six of them might someday be NT players. I guarantee you the retired teams were not multis. I was psyched that some decent players from my country were made available to the community. I would have preferred to have 50 more users, but them's the breaks.
I completely disagree with you that, "Its just too likely it was a mutli that didn7t get caught but was abandoned (slickly)."
And as such, I think that it is better to not even begin to think about looking into your suggestion.
Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

so we should allow only on listening from 1 nation each day, that you don't see another player from the nation after buying one of them?
And to be concret, it is nearly impossible, to make the account just for the draft and get a good draft pick, put training into it and leave the account. You had to play it a while, and risk your main acc while doing this, for a pretty low chanche for a very little push to the U21. I also doubt that every farm is an cheater like you and some other often cry out here in the suggestion forum.

I donĀ“t even see a big impact of this method at all. In the end, 2/3 of the FAs finish with low-league big nation coaches, who fail to train them on perfectly while spending millions on the because they think the have something unique at their hands.
Who is the "winner" of that cheating?

As the coach of the U21 India team this season I have saved more than 20 good U21 prospects this season. The ad campaign swelled the numbers of "active" teams to more than double the usual amount of players. However of all of those free agents I never saw even one that showed any signs of being trained at all - that is we never had a single guy with a strong or greater in anything other than free throws.
