I have a guard who will be 20 nexxt year, roughly how many pops can I expect from him next season? It will not be jump range or jump shot either.

That mainly depends on his hight, potential and what you are going to train.

As said by my predecessor it really depends, a very very rough guess would be 12 pops.
Under the sticky in this forum you will see 'important threads' here you will find a list with training speeds, 20yo will train a little slower, my guess would be twenty percent, not sure it is not outrageously slower than an 18yo.

Last season, 2 of my guards that were 20 years old at the time got 7 skill pops each + 2 staima pops. They received 2 position training.

This entire year I've trained a 18 yo, two 19 yo, and one 20 yo. Within the margin of error for sublevels, height, elastic effects, I haven't noticed any difference in their training speed
