In divi V does the 2 teams who finish first in their league get promotion or the 2 finalists?

In divi V does the 2 teams who finish first in their league get promotion or the 2 finalists?

The winner of the division finals is crowned champion of the division, and is promoted to a higher level of divisions. In divisions VI and lower, both playoff finalists will promote to the higher level of divisions.

So only the champion is sure to promote in DV if the manual is correct.

They'd just get including in the bot cleanup so theoretically they promote, a human controlled team takes their place from non-champs and they end up back in the same league to terrorize it again.

But the simple answer is.... win your playoff games. Yes, we're talking about playoffs.
