If I'm not mistaken, there is a only a certain amount of "skill points" that a player with a certain potential can have. Could someone link me to the list for this or post the info? Thanks.

Theres no "list" of the amount of skill points, but there is a list for the expected salary i think..

Those are the current coefficients being thrown around. Josef Ka is still tabulating more info on the whole thing but from what I've experienced in training so far, this stuff is the real deal.
