Basically i have a team with solid trainees at the 5,4, and 3. I don't really care about being a a competitive team right now, but I would like to be in the future. Would I be doing more hurt than help by three position training?

how many trainees did you have at every position?

If the number of training is below 6 concentrate on building "PF", this will help your C and SF too.

I have 3 C trainees, 3 PFs, and 2 SF. And one of my C prospects is 6'8 so he can play all three i guess.

For the record.

I trained for the first (and the last) time three positiones last week. I trained 7 players, who had at least som sublevel, and got Zero pops up. It was an experiment and failed miserably.

So, there you have it, 2 or 1 position trainning. Don't make my mistake.

Boss this was an awe-inspiring evaluation of my team. Actually the first real piece of training advice I've ever received. I had in mind that I would 2 position train C/PF and my trainees would be Zico, Guminsky, Acosta, Bhodie, Flynn, and Gregg.

I will follow the advice given though, thanks man. :)
