With new cross-training in effect. We all have seen pops with FT and ST training. Not sure on GS training, but prolly it works the same way as FT and ST. Before trainer level was unimportant in those trainings, now with 10% going to other skills does the trainer level make a difference?

Another question I would like to have an answer to (although I doubt that anybody apart from the BB's knows) is at what speed are the random pops when training stamina/FT?

I mean that when a team trains pressure, you know that it takes 2-3 weeks and 10% will now go to other skills.

Stamina can be trained at a rate of 1 pop per week (1 pop per two weeks at worst). How are the 10% calculated in this case?

1 pop per 10 weeks or more. If youre lucky to get to get a random every week

The thing I am curious about is how does the speed of the primary training affect the random pops.

From my understanding, one position training should result in more random pops than two-position training.

Well one position training gives a player more training then two position training so it makes sense the random training component will also be higher.
