big issue, you mean not losing your average 10% in your scheduled training if you choose not to?

Well, the question is too fuzzy for me to answer. What would be the alternative? The old training system, or the new elastic system with secondary pops disabled? The answer would depend a lot on such details.

I guess the best is to create out another trainer with "cross-training" specialty..

or maybe yours trainer can learn new speciality, cross-training will be third of them :) for some money, You can buy him an speciality.

or maybe You can choose a skill which we want to train and this 10% of training will go to this skill

No, I don't want to pay extra for cross-training specialist.
Over 55% in the poll say they would use cross-training always if it was optional. What's the point of creating a new feature for the minority of people who don't like it?

Perhaps the scenario like this will keep everyone happy....

Trainer Type:
1. Career Extension - Cross-Training
2. Career Extension - Normal-Training
3. Fitness - Cross-Training
4. Fitness - Normal-Training
5. None - Cross-Training
6. None - Normal-Training
