You would do more than just 'hang' in division III with that defense; though, I admit I'm confused as to why your salaries are so low and why you only put up 'average' defensive ratings in your last game with those numbers.
I wouldn't be worried about the guy with Prolific defense, and yeah it's never a bad plan to swap around defensive assignments when needed.
