Alright... all my players have been posting Mediocre practice ratings at best. So I have a couple questions:

1. Do higher practice ratings help your players perform better (I believe this is what I read in the rules)?
2. How do you get them?

Yes, higher practice ratings greatly affect a player's performance.

Also, it looks like you're overplaying your starters and underplaying your reserves.

Try to get as many players around 60 minutes as you can, and don't play your starters in scrimmages if they've exceeded 48-60 minutes.

to get as many players around 60 minutes as you can


the rules say that 48 is minimum to get most training, and anything over that is not trained. why do you say to get 60 minutes a week?

I estimate 60 minutes to be ideal when it comes to maintaining the Practice This Week rating.
