I concur - its like nobody trains JR anymore.

Although admittedly I have a guard with a huge disconnect between JS and JR

I think like this is not bad at all:----->JS14,JR11, even JS 15,JR11 is still good enough..

We all do. If you go on the TL and decide that you won't buy a player whose Js is more than two points higher than JR..... You wont buy a player.

Well not that bad but basically its like shopping for an albino


LOL - I know . . . lately I have to troll the TL constantly just to be sure to find decent guards and bigs. If your peeve is JS mine is low handling and passing on bigs.

I had a guy with 17/13 JS/JR on my team who AT THE SAME position was outshot by a guy with 11/11 JS/JR...


one game or whole season in the same team?

And was the amount of shot taken nearly the same, imho better shooting means more shots in general but you also raise the shooting percentages of your team mates with it because they now take easier basket with the same limit like the good shooter.

Why?

There is one simple reason - You can train 6 players with full speed. So it's quick way to develop team.
