I propose that teamwork skill players
more minutes of players play together on the court, the higher the skill, which affects the percentage chance

This would give older teams a big advantage. So it's not a good suggestion.

Old players are already at disadvantage.. So it's pretty good suggestion in my eyes. We would put daytraders into even a bigger disadvantage and maybe remake a survey...

There are many old players that nobody wants them in the TL if there was this kind of system maybe they wouldn't be put to the TL in the first place, because it gives more value to that player even if his skills are already dropping.. How many users use players that are 32-33?

and it's ok. In real life, even if the player is very good, it is not always plays on his level in the new team first time.

But sometimes, when a player changes teams, they instantly start to produce. Make the team better. A similar suggestion was suggested a while ago, with players having different personalitys. This would create an imbalance on the TL for special personality. We have even had, different colors assigned to personalitys suggestion. It all comes down to having all red or whatever color players on your team. If a lot of people choose one color, the other players become obsolete. So adding something to the game, while making the game worse is pointless.

Ok, no problems.
If you buy a new player (wage 50,000 USD), but average wage of your team is 10,000 USD, he will better, of course. And team`s playing will be better.
but if the team every week has new players - this team can`t play on the same level.
am i right?

Yeah you're totally right 3% performance boost for the players that play the game for the longer time would totally ruin the game. This would result in a total imbalance in a TL, the game would be totally RUINED! It would be a mega changing update that is totally not worth to even think about.

It's a lot easier to make players drop in game shape when changing teams, than creating some new system.
Also players that stay in one team might be happy, some might get frustrated. So you can't just add something for the sake of adding something.
