Hello. My question is how can I train Outside Defense ? I can' t see such training type so if you know please answer. Thanks.

You see things; and you say, "Why?" But I dream things that never were; and I say, "Why not?"

Outside Defense = Pressure...I'm not sure why they don't just use the same wording, but I'm sure some of the more experienced players can answer that.

Well, they don't use the same name, because it's not just outside defense you will train; also Handling, Driving and Inside Defense.

Hmmm... where can I find complete information about this? Rules section is not enough, or am I wrong?

And information about player’s characteristics, that is, what abilities must have a center or a point guard, for instance, to be a good player (must have better handling? Blocks? Jump shot? Etc).

Thank you.

(3944.3) that should be the thread you're looking for as to what skills are good for certain positions.

That's great and informative, but what do each of the training selections do and what are the differences in training speeds between inside scoring training on centers vs C/PF. Does inside defense also train shotblocking and/or rebounding? Or do you have to do separate training sessions for rebounding and just keep flipping between them week to week?

I get the general concept of the training, but the specifics aren't explained in much detail in the rules.

(381.1) That thread is about the different training speeds and what other skills they train at the same time.
