What are you training? Meaning, are you training 1 pos, 2 pos, or Team trainging? The worst you could train is Team. Takes to long. 1 position training is the best. 2 position training is ok. I'm learning myself so maybe someone else could jump in the break it down better than I can.

After taking a quick look at your roster. Your trainees are to old. Take a look at the TL and search for some 18yr olds with at least allstar level with a sal. of about 3000 - 3500 a wk. Guards are the easiest to train.

Yeah, in BB training terms, 22+ is too old to really start their training. You need to start at 18, maybe 19 years old.

Like Ohiobuck said, you want to start off with guys in the range of 3000+ salary. That starting salary, which is determined by their skills, is generally more important to look at than their potential. As long as potential is allstar or more, you'll have plenty of room to grow before their potential limits their training.

Note that potential doesn't affect current playing ability, nor does it affect training speed. So the "hall of famers" you have, who are old and have low salaries, I'm sad to say will never amount to good players.

I worry about having a world renowned trainer as well. Either you paid millions for him or he has a salary you can't afford. Neither leaves you in a good position.

They aren't getting pops because they are to old. Potential doesn't affects training speed it affects how good the player CAN become. If you want to train good players find 18 year olds with allstar potential, these ones go for low prices and you don't need ones with better potential then that in div 5.

Try to get 18 or 19 year players with at least all-star potential and with 3k salary and train them with 1 or 2 position then you will start seeing pop-ups.

Have a happy training time :)
